Really Simple Timezone Meeting Planner

Find suitable meeting times for different time zones in three simple steps:

  1. Add people. Click a time-zone band on the map, or search for a city/country.
  2. Set the rules. Acceptable hours, meeting length, and the date.
  3. Pick a time. The best slots rank themselves automatically, use the share button for Google Calendar.

Daylight saving is handled automatically for the date you pick. Map bands are labelled by standard time, so they can read an hour off during DST season.

The map is the main interaction. Every region is a time zone, so countries with several zones can be picked precisely. Search is still best for exact cities.

The planner checks every 15-minute slot.

Shown in your local date format. GMT offsets and abbreviations use this date, so DST is handled automatically.
